hi,
I received
c:\\program files\\microchip\\mplab c30\\bin\\pic30-coff-ld.exe: cannot open linker script file C:\\Programmi\\Microchip\\MPLAB C30\\support\\gld\\p33FJ256GP710.gld error when I build it in MPLAB.
it seem that C:\\Programmi is wrong dir. can somebody help me.:(

The Microchip project file has the directories entered by Nino when we made the example. You need to create another MPLAB Project, which in that case will have the right directories...

it is now successfully built and programmed in Flexboard, but how can I test the demo program. the LED from the LAN connector is still in power off state when I connect with my PC.do I need to setup somethings?:huh:

hmmmm... No idea what could be.
Did you solder the ethernet connector yourself or did you got the multibus board with the connector already soldered?

I got the multibus board with the connector already soldered. I have set the jumpers of base board following the doc. flex_refman_0_29.pdf on page 19. and set the jumpers of multibus following the topic \" TCP/IP Flex Application Note \" . but it still does not work.
my question is, in which condition, the LED of the Ethernet connector will light? should I run the demo program in order to let the LED light?
